Good Eats



1 Slice of Whole Wheat Bread

Large Avocado

1 Egg

¼ Cup Diced Tomato

⅓  Cup Chopped Fresh Spinach

½ Tbsp of Green Onion

½ Cup of Diced Bell Peppers

Bottle of Hot Sauce


In a small bowl, mash avocado until mostly smooth. Add green onion, bell peppers, salt and pepper. In a small frying pan, cook egg to desired doneness. Pop slice of whole wheat bread in the toaster. Spread a generous helping of guacamole on the toast, top with egg, tomato, and spinach. Sprinkle with your favorite hot sauce. Enjoy!
